Recently my partner and I, from the U.K stayed at the Racecourse Inn, Longford, Tasmania for two weeks. We were on a fly fishing holiday on and around The Great Lakes. This wonderful B&B was a home away from home. Annabel and her partner Richard, not forgetting the delightful cat, Delphine, were the very best of hosts. Warm, welcoming and relaxed in their care of their guests. Nothing was to much trouble. The place has a fantastic and beautiful ambience all of it’s own. From the decor to the attention to detail in everything that is done towards it’s guest’s pleasure and comfort the Racecourse Inn was exemplary. Try Richard’s fantastic breakfast omelette and Annabel’s innovative and delicious breakfasts are second to none. We couldn’t recommend the place enough. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you both for a lovely holiday. It wouldn’t have been half as lovely without your place to come back to after a hard days fishing in difficult circumstances of bush fires and unexpected record breaking temperatures. Teisha and Tim.
